USB Drive is not recognized in Elite APP

Give the Transcend Elite app permission to access your SD card or USB device

Open the app. Select your SD card or USB device on the main page or from the menu.

You will be asked to deny or allow the access permission. Select CONFIRM.

Keep at the outermost layer of your USB device, and tap Allow access to "Your USB drive".

Select Allow again.

Please check the file system of your USB device if there is an error shown as below. (Android OS natively support FAT32 and EXT4)
Android 7/8/9
For Android 7.0 or above.
Give the Transcend Elite app permission to access your SD card or USB device

Open the app. Select your SD card or USB device on the main page or from the menu.

You will be asked to deny or allow the access permission.

Tap ALLOW to start browsing files in your SD card or USB device.

If you tap DENY twice and then select Don't ask again, the Transcend Elite app won’t request permission again, unless you clear all settings.

To clear settings and reset, go to Transcend Elite’s App Info -> Storage. Select CLEAR DATA.

For Android 6.0 or below.
Give the Transcend Elite app permission to access your SD card or USB device

Open the app. Select your SD card or USB device on the main page or from the menu.

Tap LEARN HOW to continue.

When you finish reading the guide, tap CONFIRM.

Select the device you would like to access from the menu in your default File Browser app. Tap SELECT to complete.
