Wi-Fi Connection Problems

Unable to remain connected to Wi-Fi?

  • Because the network of DrivePro™ Body has no Internet access. To remain connected, please select Yes or Connect to stay connected.

  • Please make sure the Location permission is allowed for DrivePro™ Body App.

Information

Location permission is only for searching Wi-Fi networks.


DrivePro™ Body Wi-Fi has been turned on, but still couldn't be connected.

  • Please turn off the DrivePro™ Body Wifi-Function, then turn it on again.
  • If still unable to connect, please reboot the DrivePro™ Body.

Forgot Wi-Fi SSID and password

Default SSID

  • DrivePro™ Body 20 default SSID : DriveProBody20
  • DrivePro™ Body 52 default SSID : DriveProBody52
  • DrivePro™ Body 30/40/60/70 cannot change SSID

Default password

  • DrivePro™ Body default password : 12345678

Reset Wi-Fi SSID and password

  1. Please download DrivePro™ Body ToolBox from the official website

  2. Use the restore defaults feature to recover the device settings
