DrivePro™ Body 10 FAQ

Note

To use the DrivePro Body App, please fully charge DrivePro Body 10 and connect it to your Android device using the included cable.

Unable to use the DPB10 with mobile devices

* Ensure your DPB10 is fully charged and use the USB-C cable provided with your Android device for connection.

* DrivePro™ Body 10 only supports the FAT32 file system, not exFAT or NTFS. Please use DrivePro™ Body Toolbox to format the memory card.

* Ensure the memory card is inserted into the DPB10 and grant the app access to your device.

Why do I receive messages like "Not Safely Removed" or "Drive Scan and Repair Required" when connecting my DPB10 to a mobile device or computer?

You may encounter the following scenarios:

  1. When connecting DPB10 to an Android mobile device and opening the DrivePro™ Body App, the system displays the message indicating "not safely removed."

  2. After receiving the abovementioned message, removing DPB10 and connecting it to a computer prompts the computer to display a message asking whether you want to scan and repair the drive.

The reason why this happens is that the DrivePro Body App requires operating permissions from the DPB10. On certain brands (e.g., Samsung, ASUS) of Android mobile devices, you may see the message "not safely removed," but rest assured, it won't cause any damage to the files inside DPB10.

If the actions mentioned above result in the computer showing a "Drive Scan and Repair Required" message, please update the DPB10 firmware to version 1.1.

Note: If the "Drive Scan and Repair Required" message appears on the computer due to improper removal of the DPB10, rather than connecting it to an Android mobile device, you'll still need to perform the scan and repair on the computer.
